The Electrical & Software Sub Team does all the wiring and electrical work for the robot and programs the robot controller. We wire the motors, pneumatic solenoids, sensors, fuses, relays, PWM controllers, sensors, etc. We write the C software for the robot’s embedded controller. In the pre-build season we are learning the skills we need to do our jobs – electricity and electronics, soldering, and wiring techniques as well as the C programming language and programming techniques.
